Future Conference Dates

This annual conference, taking place every April, alternates between CheeseExpo in even-numbered years and CheeseCon in odd-numbered years. The main distinction between CheeseExpo and CheeseCon lies in their locations and types of exhibits:

• CheeseExpo occurs in Milwaukee during even-numbered years. It features a large tradeshow floor where exhibitors can buy multiple 10 x 10 booths as needed for their displays. Large equipment and displays are permitted at this event. Exhibits are open for two afternoons (Wednesday and Thursday).
• CheeseCon is held in Madison during odd-numbered years. It offers tabletop exhibits, with each company allowed to purchase only one 10 x 10 exhibit space. Large equipment is not allowed. Exhibits are open for one afternoon (Wednesday).
