  • Review assigned move-in guidance before arriving on-site.

Shipping

The advance warehouse is the best way to get materials to your booth quickly.

Shipping highlights

  • Best practice: Ship to the advance warehouse to help ensure materials are in your booth as early as possible.
  • On-time matters: Plan your schedule so freight reaches the warehouse within the receiving window.
  • Note: No return warehouse post show - all exhibit materials will need to be shipped direct from show site.

Advance warehouse receiving window (RECOMMENDED)

  • Tuesday, March 10, 2026 – Wednesday, April 8, 2026
     
    • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM; Closed 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM & Holidays.
    • Inbound carriers must be checked in by 2:00 PM

Direct to show (showsite) receiving

  • Mon, Apr 13, 2026 | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Tue, Apr 14, 2026 | 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Wed, Apr 15, 2026 | 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM

Checking in at Marshalling Yard is required if shipping directly to show site.

Marshaling Yard

Share this information with your carrier to help facilitate direct-to-showsite deliveries.

  • Advise your carrier of the marshaling yard process before they arrive.
  • Following the official procedure helps reduce delays at docks and checkpoints.
  • All Direct to Show shipments MUST first check in at Marshaling Yard.

Confirm material handling is set up with GES before arriving at the show.

  • Set up appropriate services with GES prior to arrival.
